I started this because I needed something that didn’t exist in my own life at the time.

I was going through my days without really feeling connected to what I was doing. Most of it felt like obligation, not intention. That slowly made me want to change the way I approached my daily life. Not by changing everything at once, but by becoming more aware of myself and how I was actually living.

Around that time, I started focusing more on self-development. I was learning, reflecting, and trying to build a mindset that could support me in real life, not just in theory. Journaling became a natural part of that process. It gave me a place to slow down, write things out honestly, and understand what was going on in my mind.

It didn’t matter if I was overwhelmed or just reflecting on small moments — I always felt more clear afterwards.

But as time passed, I noticed something. The way I journaled kept changing with me. What worked in one phase of my life didn’t always fit in the next. And instead of feeling free in that, I sometimes felt like I was doing it wrong for not keeping the same routine.

That made me realize something important: there is no fixed way to grow.

Life changes, and the way we support ourselves should be allowed to change with it.

This brand came from that realization.
